Marine Technician

Eric grew up spending summers in Bay Harbor, Michigan, where his love for boats and the water naturally took root. He studied at the Marine Trades Institute in Cedarville, MI, earning certifications in Marine Electrical, Marine Systems, and Marine Engines & Fuel Systems—collectively qualifying him as an ABYC Master Technician. His technical expertise and curiosity make him a great fit for Boyne Boat Yard’s hands-on, quality-driven team.

At home, Eric shares his space with an orange cat named Einstein, who keeps things interesting. When he’s not in the shop, you’ll likely find him out on the water in his 24’ Limestone, on a motorcycle ride, taking a road trip, or hiking somewhere scenic.
